FREE Carseats – Many health departments across the US, offer FREE carseats to low income families. Check with your local health department to see if they participate in this program. In addition, many of them also offer free playpens, breastfeeding supplies (nursing bra’s, pump rentals, nipple cream, vitamins, etc).

Carters – The children’s clothing company has a special gift pack for parents of newborn triplets and higher-order multiples only (sorry, nothing for twins).
