It’s week 5 on my Nutrisystem journey and the pounds are still coming off! I started at 150.8 pounds and i’m currently weighing in a 140.2 pounds! That’s a difference of 10.6 pounds! I am thrilled!

I’ve been trying some new foods this month and i’ve found a few that really speak to me. The chocolate chip cookies are really yummy. They’re perfect for dessert or when you have a sweet tooth. So tasty! I also really like the Asian Beef. The portion size is rather large and the taste….. well…. let’s just say that I could eat this stuff daily!

As far as my workout goes, I haven’t been able to hit the gym much. Im trying to be as mobile as possible, but with 5 kids and 2 businesses, i’m rather busy. All I can do is make my best effort. Even if it’s pacing back and forth while on a conference call. Those steps matter!

Oh.. gotta run. My dinner is ready (Roast Turkey Medallions). It smells REALLY good!

  • Starting Weight: 150.8 lbs.
  • Weightloss after 35 days: 10.6 lbs.
  • Current Weight (6/15/12): 140.2 lbs
  • Goal Weight: 118 lbs.
